On a recent trip to Sydney we visited most (if not all) the recommended cafes in the Potts Point area. Joseph hyde is by far the best. Louie, the owner, is a fantastic host, and the service all round is great. The menu is bold and fresh/interesting without being pretentious. The preparation is first rate. The ingredients are super fresh.
